What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, and the content of your message.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your inquiry, follow up about the project you asked about, and, if we work together, to deliver and support it.

Our products

When you use one of our products, we process what you send it only to provide that product. For example, the Haggler Telegram bot (Shuki) processes the item photos and messages you send it in order to write your listing and reply to buyers.

When you join a product's waitlist, we keep your email address and which product you asked about, and use it only to tell you when that product is out. Each email has a link or reply option to stop hearing from us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Formspree (contact form and waitlist delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free page-view counts), Telegram (messaging inside our Telegram bots) and Anthropic (the AI model some of our products use). Each sees only what it needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're in touch with you or you use our products, and for a reasonable time after that in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aviv@sovereignhq.org and we'll handle it within a few business days.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
