Most kids learn the tables 1 to 10 in a row. The ladder goes in the order that actually works, so each rung reuses the ones below it and there's less and less to remember. By the × 7 rung, only one fact is new.
Every rung starts with a one-line trick, then a quick round with streaks, sound and confetti. A wrong answer shows the fact as rows of dots and comes back later in the round. Two stars opens the next rung.
